LHC allows ministry to go through Bhutto case record

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry allowed the Law Ministry on Monday to have a look at the record of the case against former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. An application was submitted to LHC registrar Abdus Sattar Asghar, stating that a presidential reference had been filed in the Supreme Court to revisit the decision in the case. The government needs to inspect the record so that it could assist the apex court, the application said.
